Georgia High School Volleyball - Lamar County tips Upson-Lee

October 2, 2023: Thomaston, GA 30286

The Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA) volleyball tipped the host Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA), 2-1 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Lamar County upgrades its record to 14-10 on the year. The Trojans host Academy for Classical Education (Macon, GA) to face the Gryphons in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 4. The Gryphons go into the outing with a record of 20-9.

The Knights now own a 11-23 record. They play next when they travel to Taylor County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. Upson-Lee will face a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Dublin (Dublin, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-10.
