The Norsemen (15-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Nevada (Nevada, IA). The Cubs enter the Heart of Iowa challenge with a 20-12 record. In their last challenge, Nevada defeated South Hamilton (Jewell, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the South Hamilton Hawks (Jewell, IA) in a Heart of Iowa challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Prairie City-Monroe will attempt to move on its 12-12 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 12-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Nevada (Nevada, IA).
