In Monday's league battle, the visiting St. Joseph Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Quitman Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs (13-6) will now prepare for their battle against Marshall (Marshall, AR). The Bobcats come into the 2A North battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Marshall lost by Conway Christian (Conway, AR), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Yellville-Summit Panthers (Yellville, AR) in a 2A North battle, on Thursday, October 5. Quitman will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 15-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Salem (Salem, AR).
