The Swampscott Big Blue topped the host Winthrop Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's league test.

The Big Blue now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danvers for a Northeast test on Wednesday, October 4. Swampscott will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-6.

The Vikings (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Beverly (Beverly, MA). The Panthers enter the Northeast test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Beverly was knocked off by Marblehead (Marblehead, MA), 3-0, in a league test.
