In Wednesday's league outing, the host High Point Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Wallkill Valley Rangers.

The Wildcats (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Academy of St. Elizabeth (Convent Station, NJ). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 2-8 record. In their last outing, Academy of St. Elizabeth was overwhelmed by Villa Walsh Academy (Morristown, NJ), 9-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Rangers play the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions (Paterson, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 3. Wallkill Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Lions go into the outing with a 0-5 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Clifton (Clifton, NJ).
