Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Line Mountain Eagles (Herndon, PA) and the visiting Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack (Boalsburg, PA), saw Line Mountain's soccer squad hold off Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy by a count of 1-0.
The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Millersburg (Millersburg, PA). The Indians enter the non-league battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Millersburg was edged by Juniata (Mifflintown, PA), 10-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the WolfPack battle the Susquenita Blackhawks (Duncannon, PA) in a Tri-Valley battle, on Saturday, October 12. Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
