In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Bandys Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lincolnton Wolves.
The Trojans (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC). The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Newton-Conover was beaten by Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves meet the Maiden Blue Devils (Maiden, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Lincolnton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record.
