California High School Volleyball - El Diamante can't get by Redwood

Redwood Rangers (Visalia, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Redwood improves its record to 14-3 on the season. The Rangers host Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA) to face the Pioneers in a test on Tuesday, October 8. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 0-2. Mt. Whitney lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Monache (Porterville, CA)

The Miners now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Golden West for a test on Tuesday, October 8. El Diamante will face a Trailblazers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Monache (Porterville, CA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 5-10.
