St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, St. Stephens advances its record to 6-8 on the season. The Indians travel to Foard (Newton, NC) to face the Tigers in a test on Thursday, October 3. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 7-10. Foard lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against North Iredell (Olin, NC)

The Warriors now sport a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Foard for a non-league test on Monday, October 7. West Iredell will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 7-11.
