The Schroon Lake Wildcats soccer squad scored 13 points and held the visiting Willsboro Central Warriors to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Plattsburgh for a non-league bout on Monday, October 7. Schroon Lake will play a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Peru (Peru, NY). The Hornets record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Willsboro Central moves to 0-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to Keene Central (Keene Valley, NY) to play the Beavers in a Northern bout on Friday, October 4. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Keene Central won 7-0 in their recent league bout against Johnsburg Central (North Creek, NY)
