In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Union County Patriots soccer squad scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Seton Catholic Cardinals.
The Patriots (1-14) will now prepare for their outing against Oldenburg Academy (Oldenburg, IN). The Twisters go into the non-league outing with a 9-5 record. In their last outing, Oldenburg Academy was overwhelmed by Richmond (Richmond, IN), 4-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Cardinals play the Liberty Christian Lions (Anderson, IN) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, October 9. Seton Catholic will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Lions go into the outing with a 2-10 record after their 10-1 non-league loss to Jay County (Portland, IN).
