North Carolina High School Volleyball - Crest over Ashbrook

The Crest Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Ashbrook Greenwave to 0 in the Chargers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Chargers now have a 8-15 record. They play next when they host South Point for a Big South 3A outing on Thursday, October 3. Crest will play a Red Raiders team coming off a 3-0 league win over Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Ashbrook drops to 6-8 on the campaign. The Greenwave host North Gaston (Dallas, NC) to play the Wildcats in a Big South 3A outing on Thursday, October 3. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 3-11. North Gaston lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC)
