Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mainland Regional improves its record to 7-7 on the season. The Mustangs host Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 9. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 13-2.

The now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Our Lady of Mercy Academy for a non-league test on Friday, October 4. Atlantic County Institute of Tech will face a Villagers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Absegami (Galloway, NJ). The Villagers record now stands at 3-10.
