Nevada High School Volleyball - Fernley tips Churchill County

The Fernley Vaqueros volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Churchill County Greenwave to 2 in the Vaqueros league triumph on Wednesday.

The Vaqueros now have a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Lowry for a 3A Northern - East outing on Friday, October 4. Fernley will play a Buckaroos team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Buckaroos record now stands at 9-10.

With the loss, Churchill County drops to 13-8 on the campaign. The Greenwave travel to Dayton (Dayton, NV) to play the Dust Devils in a 3A Northern - East outing on Friday, October 4. The Dust Devils come into the outing with a record of 9-14. Dayton won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Lowry (Winnemucca, NV)
