California High School Volleyball - James Logan over Newark Memorial

The James Logan Colts volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Newark Memorial Cougars to 0 in the Colts league triumph on Wednesday.

The Colts now have a 20-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mission Hills for a non-league outing on Friday, October 4. James Logan will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 15-9.

With the loss, Newark Memorial drops to 9-9 on the campaign. The Cougars host Washington (Fremont, CA) to play the Huskies in a Mission Valley outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Huskies come into the outing with a record of 8-5. Washington won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA)
