The Somerset College Prep Academy Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Port St. Lucie Jaguars to 0 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Spartans now have a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Okeechobee for a non-league outing on Friday, October 4. Somerset College Prep Academy will play a Brahmans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sebring (Sebring, FL). The Brahmans record now stands at 13-3.

With the loss, Port St. Lucie drops to 2-11 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Morningside Academy (Port St. Lucie, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 10-7. Morningside Academy won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Westwood (Fort Pierce, FL)
