In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Seattle Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Vashon Island Pirates.

The Warriors (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Annie Wright (Tacoma, WA). The Gators come into the 1A Nisqually challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Annie Wright beat Chimacum (Chimacum, WA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Charles Wright Tarriers (Tacoma, WA) in a 1A Nisqually challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Vashon Island will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Tarriers come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Life Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA).
