In Thursday's league battle, the host San Clemente Tritons flag football team scored a nice 33-19 win over the Capistrano Valley Cougars.

The Cougars now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tesoro for a battle on Monday, October 6. Capistrano Valley will play a Titans squad coming off a 13-0 league win over Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Titans record now stands at 12-3.
