Colorado High School Softball - Lakewood knocked off by Chatfield

The Chatfield Chargers overwhelmed the host Lakewood Tigers softball squad by a count of 12-4 in Thursday's league test.

Next, the Chargers meet the Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO) in a test, on Saturday, October 4. Chatfield will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Rebels come into the outing with a 10-6 record after their 17-7 league win over Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO).

With the loss, Lakewood moves to 2-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Arvada West (Arvada, CO) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 4. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 3-4. Arvada West lost 15-2 in their recent league outing against Columbine (Littleton, CO)
