The Cougars (18-1) will now prepare for their contest against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 14-0 record.

Next, the Trojans battle the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 6. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 4-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC).
