The Cocoa Beach Minutemen topped the visiting Cocoa Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Minutemen now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they host Satellite for a non-league outing on Monday, October 6. Cocoa Beach will play a Scorpions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Rockledge (Rockledge, FL). The Scorpions record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Cocoa drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Edgewood (Merritt Island, FL) to play the Red Wolves in a non-league game on Friday, October 3. The Red Wolves enter the game with a record of 10-7. Edgewood lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Melbourne (Melbourne, FL)
