With the win, Liberty improves its record to 10-2 on the season. The Lions travel to Heritage (Brentwood, CA) to encounter the Patriots in a battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 9-0.

The Falcons now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Pittsburg for a contest on Tuesday, October 7. Freedom will meet a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-11.
