The Hoke County Bucks volleyball squad (Raeford, NC), was beaten 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Richmond Senior Raiders (Rockingham, NC)

The Raiders (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Overhills (Spring Lake, NC). The Jaguars enter the non-league challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Overhills beat Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bucks meet the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Hoke County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 16-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC).
