In Thursday's league challenge, the host Lancaster Golden Gales volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Reynoldsburg Raiders.

The Golden Gales (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 5-7 record.

The Raiders now own a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbus Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4.
