The Highlanders (2-11) will now prepare for their outing against Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA). The Titans go into the non-league outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Shaler Area got by Indiana (Indiana, PA), 1-0, in a league outing.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 7. Blackhawk will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Bridgers come into the test with a 4-8 record after their 8-1 league loss to Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA).
