Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA) and the host Pottstown Trojans (Pottstown, PA), saw Upper Perkiomen's soccer squad hold off Pottstown by a count of 2-1.

The Indians (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA). The Phantoms enter the Pioneer match with a 11-3 record.

The Trojans now sport a 0-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pope John Paul II for a Pioneer match on Tuesday, October 7. Pottstown will meet a team coming off a 2-1 league win over Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA). The record now stands at 4-8.
