Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets (Spencerville, MD), 7-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Washington International advances its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Don Bosco Cristo Rey (Takoma Park, MD) to clash with the Wolfpack in a Potomac Valley test on Friday, October 3. The Wolfpack come into the test with a record of 6-1. Don Bosco Cristo Rey won 11-1 in their recent non-league outing against Field (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the St. Anselm's Abbey Panthers (Washington, DC) in a Potomac Valley game, on Monday, October 6. Spencerville Adventist Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 5-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD).
