With the triumph, Banks County improves its record to 22-4 on the year. The Leopards travel to Athens Christian (Athens, GA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, October 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Athens Christian won 9-0 in their recent non-league bout against Gatewood (Eatonton, GA)

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 7. Oglethorpe County will attempt to advance on its 12-9 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 9-12 record after their 6-1 league win over Towns County (Hiawassee, GA).
