The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Blessed Trinity Titans (Roswell, GA) and the visiting Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears (Atlanta, GA), observed Blessed Trinity's softball team get by Holy Innocents Episcopal by a tally of 5-1.
The Titans (11-11) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Roswell, GA). The Knights enter the 4A Region 6 contest with a 8-18 record. In their last contest, Centennial nudged Lovett (Atlanta, GA), 14-2, in a non-league contest.
The Golden Bears now hold a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Woodward Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 7. Holy Innocents Episcopal will battle a War Eagles team coming off a 14-2 league win over Arabia Mountain (Lithonia, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 9-10.
