In Thursday's league challenge, the host Argo Argonauts volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Hillcrest Hawks.

With the win, Argo improves its record to 13-8 on the season. The Argonauts travel to Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL) to face the Mustangs in a South Suburban test on Tuesday, October 7. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 13-8.

The Hawks now own a 0-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thornridge for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 6. Hillcrest will meet a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Thornwood (South Holland, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 5-12.
