In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Cascade Christian Challengers volleyball team scored a 3-1 win over the Brookings-Harbor Bruins.

With the win, Cascade Christian advances its record to 11-3 on the season. The Challengers travel to Rogue River (Rogue River, OR) to face the Chieftains in a 3A Southern Oregon test on Tuesday, October 7. The Chieftains go into the test with a record of 1-9. Rogue River lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Lakeview (Lakeview, OR)

The Bruins now sport a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a 3A Southern Oregon test on Tuesday, October 7. Brookings-Harbor will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-1 league win over North Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-5.
