The Omaha Central Eagles volleyball squad (Omaha, NE), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the host Burke Bulldogs (Omaha, NE)

With the win, Burke moves its record to 7-14 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Columbus (Columbus, NE) to encounter the Discoverers in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. The Discoverers go into the battle with a record of 9-12. Columbus won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Lincoln High (Lincoln, NE)

The Eagles now have a 8-14 record. They take the field next when they host Omaha South for a A District contest on Thursday, October 9.
