In Thursday's league challenge, the host North Huron Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Carsonville-Port Sanilac Tigers.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Peck (Peck, MI). The Pirates enter the North Central Thumb challenge with a 0-17 record. In their last challenge, Peck was beaten by All Saints Central (Bay City, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Owendale-Gagetown Bulldogs (Owendale, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Carsonville-Port Sanilac will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 10-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Kingston (Kingston, MI).
