The East Hickman County Eagles (Lyles, TN) volleyball knocked off the visiting Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TN), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league match.

Next up, the Eagles battle the McEwen Warriors (McEwen, TN) in a A District 10 match, on Monday, October 6. East Hickman County will attempt to better on its 7-13 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to West Creek (Clarksville, TN).

With the loss, Mt. Pleasant drops to 2-16 on the campaign.
