North Carolina High School Volleyball - Eastern Randolph crushed by Uwharrie Charter Academy

In Thursday's league match, the Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles (Asheboro, NC) volleyball squad toppled the visiting Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC), by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Uwharrie Charter Academy improves its record to 19-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC) to encounter the Jets in a Four Rivers 3A/4A battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Jets go into the battle with a record of 4-16.

The Wildcats now own a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chatham Charter for a non-league battle on Monday, October 6. Eastern Randolph will encounter a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league win over River Mill (Graham, NC). The Knights record now stands at 9-11.
