Ohio High School Volleyball - Manchester overwhelmed by Fairfield

Fairfield Lions (Leesburg, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Manchester Greyhounds (Manchester, OH), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Lions (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OH). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 13-8 record. In their last challenge, Hillsboro beat McClain (Greenfield, OH), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Greyhounds meet the Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH) in a Southern Hills test, on Tuesday, October 7. Manchester will attempt to advance on its 3-10 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 1-18 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (Ripley, OH).
