Grand Isle Trojans (Grand Isle, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host V.B. Glencoe Charter Gators (Franklin, LA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Grand Isle improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Trojans host Lutheran (Metairie, LA) to face the Gryphons in a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. The Gryphons go into the test with a record of 3-8.

The Gators now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abbeville for a non-league test on Monday, October 6.
