The Hammond Morton Governors volleyball squad (Hammond, IN), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN)

With the win, Hammond Central improves its record to 14-10 on the season. The Wolves travel to Thornwood (South Holland, IL) to encounter the Thunderbirds in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. The Thunderbirds go into the battle with a record of 12-12. Thornwood won 2-0 in their recent league battle against Thornridge (Dolton, IL)

The Governors now own a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Chicago Central for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 7.
