The Herrin Tigers volleyball squad (Herrin, IL), dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Fighting Cardinals (Norris City, IL)

With the win, Norris City-Omaha-Enfield improves its record to 19-1 on the season. The Fighting Cardinals travel to Vienna (Vienna, IL) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 15-2. Vienna won 2-1 in their recent league contest against Sesser-Valier (Sesser, IL)
