North Carolina High School Volleyball - Lexington Senior over Montgomery Central

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Lexington Senior Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC) and the visiting Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), saw Lexington Senior's volleyball squad notch a victory over Montgomery Central by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Lexington Senior improves its record to 12-6 on the season. The Yellowjackets host High Point Central (High Point, NC) to encounter the Bison in a PAC Seven 4A/5A battle on Monday, October 6. The Bison go into the battle with a record of 5-12. High Point Central lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Randleman (Randleman, NC)

The Timberwolves now own a 3-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host T.W. Andrews for a PAC Seven 4A/5A battle on Tuesday, October 7. Montgomery Central will encounter a Red Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Central Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 7-10.
