Valor Preparatory Academy Knights (Waco, TX) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Memorial Christian Academy Warriors (Killeen, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

The Knights (24-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Trinity Catholic (Temple, TX). The Celtics come into the TAPPS 2A District 5 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Holy Trinity Catholic lost by Summit Christian Academy (Cedar Park, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors play the Faith Academy Flames (Marble Falls, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Memorial Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Flames come into the challenge with a 21-6 record after their 3-1 league win over San Marcos Academy (San Marcos, TX).
