In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Pomeroy Pirates volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves.

The Pirates (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Grangeville (Grangeville, ID). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-8 record.

The Timberwolves now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dayton for a 1B Southeast - East test on Tuesday, October 7.
