In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host St. Patrick Saints volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Robertson County Black Devils.

The Saints (7-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The Thorobreds/Fillies enter the non-league challenge with a 12-10 record.

Next, the Black Devils meet the Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 3. Robertson County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY).
