In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Coventry Oakers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Cranston East Thunderbolts.

The Oakers (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Cranston West achieved victory over Classical (Providence, RI), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Thunderbolts clash with the Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 25. Cranston East will attempt to advance on its 1-12 season record. The Mounties come into the battle with a 4-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI).
