The Flowers Jaguars soccer team (Springdale, MD), was nipped 2-1 in Thursday's league outing with the host Bowie Bulldogs (Bowie, MD)
With the win, Bowie advances its record to 12-2 on the campaign.
In their next game, the Jaguars play the Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City Division I challenge, on Friday, October 21. Flowers will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Engineers enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 7-0 league win over Academy for College and Career Exploration (Baltimore, MD).
