The Hugoton Eagles topped the host Sublette Larks volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 8-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Creek for a non-league test on Saturday, October 22. Hugoton will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 league loss to St. Marys (St. Marys, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 23-12.

The Larks (12-19) will now prepare for their test against Oakley (Oakley, KS). The Plainsmen enter the non-league test with a 11-15 record. In their last test, Oakley was knocked off by Thomas More Prep-Marian (Hays, KS), 2-1, in a non-league test.
