The Mora Rangers/Rangerettes volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Mesa Vista Trojans to 0 in the Rangers/Rangerettes league victory on Thursday.
The Rangers/Rangerettes now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Penasco for a 2A District 5 game on Saturday, October 22. Mora will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Questa (Questa, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 6-7.
The Trojans (2-11) will now prepare for their game against McCurdy (Espanola, NM). The Bobcats enter the 2A District 5 game with a 2-11 record. In their last game, McCurdy was dropped by Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM), 3-0, in a league game.
