Arizona High School Volleyball - Thatcher crushed by Tanque Verde

The Tanque Verde Hawks topped the visiting Thatcher Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Hawks now have a 18-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catalina for a 3A - South test on Monday, October 24. Tanque Verde will confront a Trojans team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to San Miguel (Tucson, AZ). The Trojans record now stands at 1-15.

The Eagles (22-13) will now prepare for their test against Blue Ridge (Lakeside, AZ). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league test with a 29-6 record. In their last test, Blue Ridge was knocked off by Show Low (Show Low, AZ), 3-2, in a league test.
