West Virginia High School Football - Magnolia topples Ravenswood

October 20, 2023: New Martinsville, WV 26155

The Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV) football defeated the visiting Ravenswood Red Devils (Ravenswood, WV), 33-6 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Eagles face the Valley Lumberjacks (Pine Grove, WV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 27. Magnolia will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Lumberjacks enter the bout with a 5-3 record after their 46-22 league win over Hundred (Hundred, WV).

The Red Devils (1-7) will now prepare for their bout against South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV). The Hawks enter the Little Kanawha bout with a 3-5 record. In their last bout, South Harrison defeated Calhoun (Mt. Zion, WV), 30-8, in a league contest.
