The Lakeview Honkers soccer team (Lakeview, OR), 4-0 in Friday's league outing with the visiting North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR)
With the win, North Valley advances its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Douglas (Winston, OR) to face the Trojans in a 3A/2A/1A-SD4 Special District 4 contest on Saturday, October 21. The Trojans enter the contest with a record of 1-11. Douglas lost 2-1 in their recent league contest against Coquille/Myrtle Point (Coquille, OR)
The Honkers now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary's for a 3A/2A/1A-SD4 Special District 4 contest on Saturday, October 21. Lakeview will face a Crusaders team coming off a 8-0 league win over Rogue River (Rogue River, OR). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-2.
